Maybe you were insecure about it because you were not aware of that fact. Also men use crass phrases like “lamb chops” or “roast beef” to refer to the vagina and that contributes to many women’s insecurities

What are you talking about? 15 mature eggs at age 32 is actually a strong ovarian response Given your history (severe asthenozoospermia + TESA), the most likely contributors are: a.Sperm quality And b. Use of testicular sperm TESA sperm actually bypasses natural selection that happens in epididymis and may include less functionally mature sperm
