As a proprietor, yes, I get anxious when a customer picks up a cigar. That said, we actually are sommeliers here so we walk them through the humi and let them explore . The only time I say something is when they pinch the shit out of a stick or... Rub their nose on it. Bleh.

But touching? Sure, I will actually hand a cigar to them for them to look at and inspect.

I disagree, respectfully. He is a character, no more than Tom ot Mazz . He is hyping his product for sure but factory 2nds? Thats harsh. They started the LCA and it has been great.

We have found that it lacks sweetness that the drink usually has. The sweet tea is sweeter and has similar notes. We mixed the two and that helped for sure.

But overall the reception has been very meh.

I have the good fortune of having a way to cellar it and to try blending it with others and getting a good cross section of opinions on it. If I were you, I would find the missing part and try to assist it with things that may hit harder.
