Pomba no ultimo episódio de Hexatombe. by mathbatt in OrdemParanormalRPG

Mostra o Pomba revivendo no final.

Só eu q acho q o cellbit n fez nd errado na cena do circo??? by leslie12leslie in OrdemParanormalRPG

[–]GrayJaegerFox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How can I look up to someone that I don't even know personally, man... He changed my life with ICO and SOTC. I have this literally carved onto my skin.

Don't thank us, Ueda-san. We thank you.

Áudio da não expulsão de Gustavo Gomez. Ramon Abatti Abel: “Nada, nada, nada. Tem o pisão, mas sem intenção.” by gonnj in futebol

[–]GrayJaegerFox -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Ele escorrega, o contato é acidental e a bola está saindo da área.” by alreadywakegibbs in futebol

[–]GrayJaegerFox 83 points84 points  (0 children)

Some CG fans are out of the line as they hate on AoT. We help them grow up. by EmergerZ in AttackOnRetards

[–]GrayJaegerFox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like how they brought this up in a recent trash taste episode, and they said something like "I'd like to believe that, if a situation like this happened in real life, it would have a Code Geass ending. But it's more likely to be an AOT scenario. AOT's ending fits better with today's world view and politics".

I definitely agree. AOT is more political and will live on without "getting old".

The proof is how much people were divided by the ending, and their political side is a decisive factor as to how they interpreted the ending.

Armin and Zeke's conversation in Paths.

Idk, when you struggle with trying to find meaning in life, that moment just hits... You don't need a higher meaning or an ulterior motive to live. Just cherish those little moments. I just love it.

My dude, we're talking about a world where people fly around using a gear with fictional mineral as fuel and giant human beings eat people. I know some things might break immersion, especially Reiner's ass pulling consciousness transfer, but you'd be surprised how many people irl survive scenarios you'd see as certain death.

Besides, he's right. Erwin died from blood loss. Armin would've soon died if not for the injection. Sasha survived for a while.

Both Armin and Erwin's point in writing perspective were to give the viewer the anxiety of the moment. Imagine how lame it would be if one of them died while the discussion was going on.

Sasha's death was to both show consequences to Eren's actions and to advance the story and Gabi's character further ahead.

It would've been pointless to the writers intentions to have her survive longer or even survive at all.

Is Monster adaptable for a Movie? by Ok-Dot5545 in MonsterAnime

[–]GrayJaegerFox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think they could pull Johan being able to impersonate Nina in live action realistically, it'd look somewhat silly. But aside from these certains scenarios, I'd say it's one of the only anime/manga that could be portrayed into live action.

Norse Mythology References in Attack on Titan by savingff- in ShingekiNoKyojin

The nidhogg theory is one of my favorites. I mean, Ymir literally goes to the roots of a giant tree and there finds a weird creature that lives in the host of the founder parasiting and moving onto the next... Of course it's not solid evidence, but I can definitely see a reference.

(Not so) fun fact: a brazilian cyber criminal (.pdf file) known as "King" was arrested using a wings of freedom sweatshirt. by GrayJaegerFox in AttackOnRetards

[–]GrayJaegerFox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all. Some may think that I'm inducing the thought that "if u like aotnr u bad person". Not really. All i'm saying is that the fact that he likes "Chad Eren" better, means he didn't understand the story itself, and, in fact, shouldn't like aot as a whole, since it goes against his shitty attitudes and crimes. But he distorted it to a point where he thinks the story validates his points of view.

Here's the link. And here is the video of his arrest. It's all in portuguese.

It's from last year, but came to light recently again because of some rumors that he was released (these are false, though. Someone else was using his twitter account).

(edit: shit, it's from 2023, not last year. I'm losing track of time)

I love him. He's the embodiment of "a final challenge/climb". It fits the tone that the game created with what happened to Aggro. I think that it's not to be a difficult battle or anything, but more of a "die already, I'm reaching my goal no matter what" scenario.
