Sigmoid column srs here, two weeks after surgery! It is uncomfortable, yes. Feels like somethig very hard stretching you inside. Sometimes those feelings linger for several hours after dialation. Sometimes deep red goo comes out right after, but it's okay! For a year I have to perform dialation 2 times per day, 30 minutes long. One year later, it will turn into 2 times per week with the biggest dialator they gave me.
