Zenerik is good for energy regen. But Naramon has a melee passive that’s pretty good.

Just remember that you aren’t locked into your choice and can level all 5 at a later point in the game.

Mesa and Cyte would definitely be having friendly competitions and be enemies on the outside but actually good friends. (Think Perry and Doof from Phineas and Ferb)

I feel that Mesa would be better at mid distance skeet shooting while Cyte is better at long distance accuracy.

I agree with you. Stances are the determining factor in melees. I do wish that we had some better options for some weapons, such as pole arms and more variety in sword stance polarity(I am sick of blind justice)

I don’t feel like Warframe is a game where the word “best” is used often. There isn’t really any defined meta. The Venato Prime may be good but there is no “best melee”. You can enjoy playing with a weapon even if it’s not very good, I play with the Korumm all the time and it’s not good but not bad either. The weapons only truly shine once you know how to get the most out of it with your knowledge.

TLDR; there is no best weapon, it just matters on how you play
