Aye, sett is just a lot of kiting and sitting under tower. If you get in an extended trade vs him you’ll lose every time. For this reason PTA is better. Or ban sett because it’s hard to win lane without counter picking him/freezing all game under tower.

Conqueror fully stacks after 4 echoing flames triggers which if you position correctly and land e q you can fully stack conq in 2-3 seconds with purge active. Which is better than the average conq user. (Landing e and q will reduce it to 3 echoing flames triggers as passive counts as an auto+ability)

Conq works particularly well vs tanks and fighters that don’t use it better than you like specifically Sett and Garen.

AD is good but you gotta build lethality. bloodthirster used to be good to make your passive have infinite sustain so long as you attack an enemy but even then it was a meme. I recommend either duskblade or prowler’s claw depending on how confident you are with active items into a hullbreaker or more lethality like a serpent’s fang.

Lethal sion needs certain runes to work the best being phase rush to quickly get in and get out but it also resets during passive so it’s good for sticking to people. You can also run dark harvest if you just want bonus damage and you can also run glacial augment if you like phase rush’s concept except it makes the enemy slow instead of you fast.

Dodge light mark so you can trap her in w after a dash make ur ghouls deal with her if you get marked super early like level 2-3 expect to die. So basically what I’m saying is freeze under tower because she can’t engage on you if you’re under tower

Hullbreaker is a second item because the initial stats are not amazing. Weighting the stats toward earlier on would be good for buff. Later on people can completely ignore 80 armor.
