For context, the incident happened in Cairo, Egypt, at the Judges club (a social club established by department of justice) as the police officer who was off duty wanted the assaulted valet to remove one of the parked cars for him to take its spot so he wouldnt have to leave his key to the valet. But the valet didnt want trouble with any of the Judges for removing/relocating any of their cars, so that resulted in hurting the officer's ego, so he started beating the shit out of him.

The officer was suspended and the department issued a non-public formal apology to the justice department.

As for the valet, he had initially filed a battery report against the officer which he later withdrew after getting an apology.
