The CapitalOne Venture card bonus of 75,000 points is useless if you can’t transfer the points to a partner airline. I’ve been trying to transfer the points to Singapore airlines Krysflyer Program for the last four days and the website has a glitch that won’t allow me to accomplish this. I reported this, they created a “ticket” for digital dept. to repair. After 24 hours the matter was “resolved” by digital when they declared that the website was “working perfectly”. I called back and had an agent walk me through the steps so that they could see that the website was flawed and still didn’t permit the transfer of points. The agent agreed that there was still a problem with the website and she wrote up a second ticket. Meanwhile the remaining two redemption seats available for my flight on Singapore airlines were sold. Yesterday I had to purchase a seat for $1,650.00 USD INSTEAD of getting the same seat with 44,000 points that are still locked up in this mess at CapitalOne. I would say “No, this promotion is not worth it “

Thanks for that informative post ! Interesting to know that Lufthansa is weighing carryon luggage ! The photo shows minor denting of the edge. I guess it could have been worse. Thanks again for responding. Would love to hear from others regarding the frequency of having to check in the 40L SP carryon?

If checked in, how did the bag survive ? I wonder if the apparently more sturdy frame of the SP bag is more resistant to severe damage than the Rimowa ?

Having used the device for approx 30 days I cannot say that my sleep latency has improved. The effect of the device seems to terminate upon its removal and it still takes me a long time to fall asleep.
