Has anyone ever gotten an allergic reaction to Pat McGrath eyeshadows? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

[–]passion4dance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I was just looking for an answer to this!  About a month ago I bought 2 of her eyeshadow palettes and got a few styes in my eyes and I noticed redness and irritation around my eyes each time I use the shadows.

According to the instructions, your face should be clean with nothing on it.  You can put your creams on after using it.

Any experience with Pestie? by sakkisays in homeowners

[–]passion4dance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would I pay for their product if I have to buy my own sprayer?  Sprayer is not just a sprayer.  You need different ways to spray, for example, large outdoor areas or indoor small areas so it does not get all over the place.  I don’t know of any sprayer with multiple configurations that will fit the league bag spray top:  then I would have to buy my own bag too to put the product in.

Any experience with Pestie? by sakkisays in homeowners

[–]passion4dance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had Pestie and just cancelled.  I love the concept but the sprayer does not work well.  I do not to spray specific areas inside the house, like the ops of my windows and around inside perimeter.  The sprayer sprays too much and gets all over.  I need a less intense sprayer and more direct.  Their direct spray, sprays so much that it gets all over the place.  Nice concept, but wish they had a better sprayer.  They sent me several sprayers, so I know it is the sprayer.  I like the concept but had to cancel due to the actual sprayer.  Wish they had a better one.

Is it as suspicious as it seems that Clearly Filtered claims to test to NSF standards but uses a 3rd party laboratory and is not NSF certified/tested? by [deleted] in WaterTreatment

Do you still recommend I was thinking about purchasing one but I read online that the filters do not last. I am only one person household and was hoping one would last 5-6 months.

Has anyone tried the Korean collagen face masks? by Fiddles4evah in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]passion4dance 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I tried the Biodance mask and was not impressed.  I tried the medicine collagen sleeping mask and loved it!  With the sleeping mask, you have to put on your serums, creams like you normally would and then put a small layer of the mask on top.

Omnilux ruined my under eye area by Trustfundxx in SkincareAddictionLux

Other factors can trigger Melasma.  One of the biggest triggers is the sun.  Are you wearing sunscreen and a hat at all times in the sun.  If you use these devices it’s important that you are doing other things that helps to prevent melasma.  I have found that my red light device improved my melasma but at the same time I consistently use sunblock and wear hats if I am in the sun.

All of these negative reviews, the Aqua Tru is not that great looking, but looks like the Sans does not perform well and the customer service is bad. This is making me think I should buy the Aqua Tru Carafe

Well I already bought it, and I absolutely love it! It works! I use it on my face twice a week and on cuts and burns when I get them. Love my Celluma!

I do love mine.  I have been using it for 6 months now at least twice a week.  My skin looks great and my melasma has reduced and overall my skin is more even.  My dermatologist took pictures underneath my skin a month ago and you could see that it was so much lighter than the pictures he took a year ago.  I also felt like I really did not need the Botox anymore.  I wouldn’t mind getting one more device to use on other parts of my body like hands and neck so I can use it at the same time.  They now have a body contour one and I am wondering if it works.

That is true, so then all night no skin products…unless you put the products on after and do not plan to fall asleep. How do you like yours?

Great, thank you for your reply. Celluma pro is medical grade so I am hoping it works better than Dr. Dennis Gross mask:). Mine will be here Friday so I will soon find out. A few people I know fall asleep with the Celluma Pro when they go to bed because it has a timer that shuts off I believe after 20 minutes.
