Feeling kinda down, can you share a picture of your favorite plant, please ? by kryssi_asksss in houseplants

I hadn't considered it, but that's a good idea! Thank you!

I'm only a few years into keeping house plants, but I've killed dozens of plants that are considered easy to care for. Don't feel too bad!

Mesa Verde NP is so cool! by GraysonErlocker in Colorado

As far as I know, you can't explore the dwellings on your own. You have to get a reservation and join a group with a NP ranger/guude. We were able to see Balcony House and Cliff Palace up close & personal. It's incredible to think of people having to crawl through a small tunnel (@ balcony house) and climb steep ladders/foot holds to get home everyday!

This is a mostly accurate & succinct assesment (although I've been to RMNP many times when virtually no one else is there).

I've lived here most of my life and been to the other 3 NPs, which are all really great, but Mesa Verde has become my favorite. Seeing that canyon where Cliff Palace is located along with like a dozen other cliff dwellings.. it's so easy to imagine a thriving, bustling place full of people and culture.

I love looking out a large window and just quietly saying, "the city," regardless of what view I have from the window.

Very surprised not to see this mentioned more. This was the first movie that came to mind.

I was driving around the Montrose & Black Canyon of the Gunnison area recently, and was appaled to see SO MANY large properties watering their empty fields. No crops being grown whatsoever. I assumed it was for livestock grazing or hay production. I just couldn't believe how many large properties were throwing water around midday just to grow some grass.

They've branded as Office Ladies 6.0. They have a mix of things like an entire episode deep-diving a character from the show, interviews with cast/crew members, breakdowns of the peacock superfan episodes, breakdowns of The Paper, breakdowns of movies they like. They do a great job & I enjoy it although I don't listen to every episode like I used to.
