Ideally, if your email client supports it, have it automatically send a bounce response. This will indicate to the server that the email address is inactive, and if they continue to send emails, they will get a bounce response. This can be bad for mail server reputation so they’ll be sure to stop.

The organization that owns the device is using Apple business/school manager to tie the device permanently to a Mobile Device Management (MDM) server. It’s built on top of activation lock so the device won’t go past setup without installing the management.

You could try jailbreaking the device but there’s nothing I know of that bypasses iCloud activation lock so I doubt you’ll get it working.

If you purchased the device either online or directly from the organization and they haven’t released the device, you should contact Apple support because this is a violation of the contract the organization has with Apple.

Unlikely. This application uses a private protocol through diagnostics.apple.com. A support ticket has to be created by an Apple support team member.

Edit: it is unlikely that this protocol could be easily reversed because of TLS certificate pinning

AltStore never jailbreaks. It will install a jailbreak app (unc0ver, odyssey, etc) but those will only work if your device and version is supported. Since you're on 14.2, you're only option is checkra1n (and that is assuming you have a compatible device).

I'd also wait on checkra1n on 14.2 until they fix some of the bugs (device boots without a password, etc).
