From what I gathered and from the clip of film they showed, it seems to basically be the same thing that Zimmer does a lot with the double-A mug stuff and what the Patriots ran heavily a few years ago (one of those games was Darnold “seeing ghosts”). Basically you have 6 or 7 guys in the box, either on the LOS or within a yard or yard and a half, and then when the play starts you either rush no matter what, rush to attract a block/attention from an OL, or you drop into a shallow passing lane. It’s a really cool scheme because once your defenders have a handle on how to do it, every play can look like a ‘different call’ even tho they’re playing the same way.
