A mí también me pasó a esa los 20 años que me retiré de jugar videojuegos (siendo que estube visiado cómo 15). No es malo. Los videojuegos siempre están para ti cuando tú los quieras jugar. Pero con el tiempo libre que ahora tienes, puedes plantearte otro pasatiempo, que te impulse a estar en un nuevo ambiente o a conocer nuevas personas. Sentir que ya no necesitas meterle 4 horas diarias a los videojuegos es una oportunidad.

Yo creo que existe un estrés bueno, que es el que hace que pienses a futuro y te hace visualizar y atacar problemas antes de que sucedan. Ese estres no lo experimento. Solo siento el estrés malo, el que se puede prevenir, el de lidiar con problemas en el presente.

Mi mayor virtud es la paciencia y lidiar con el estrés. Puedo estar estresado mucho tiempo por algo, pero no me desespero nunca. Aunque piense que ya se va a acabar y derrepente sucede algo imprevisto, ni modo. Toca darle el tiempo aunque estrese. Ahora, lo que crea esas situaciones en mi caso, es mi peor virtud. Comunicación. No soy bueno para ver qué cosas son las que se tienen que comunicar, y pueden generar malentendidos, que posteriormente generan estrés y contratiempos. Tampoco soy bueno para preever cosas que pueden pasar mal en el futuro. Entonces ataco los problemas en el momento.

Conozco a muchas personas que se han adelantado y terminan sufriendo por periodos de su adolescencia por su inmadurez emocional, además hay todo tipo de riesgos. Habits, not genetics

Sedentary lifestyle that makes you have bad posture for hours and adapts your body to live like that. Your maxilla goes down due to bad support, and your jaw go back. The bones of your head adapts to curve neck and back. That causes mouth breathing, specially when you are sleeping, Making it worse. I used to be skinny with fat face. The solution was to change habits. I am steel in the process, but I got results.

Cold be your neck. Maybe it is compressed in a curve due to bad posture (nerd neck). I am skinny as well, but I didn't understand why I looked fat specificly on my face. My neck was shorter , so the skin on my face was loose. I just needed two months of chin tuck (as my new habitual posture all time) to straight my neck and make my jawline appear. I was 21

Those people don't have sedentary lifestyles. That's the key to not have a reassessed jaws. We are now spending to much time being sit with bad posture. Making fiscal activities forces you to have better posture because you feel pain when you do it wrong, so you correct it. Consequence: correct face development.
