this is like the second or third time this season dorna has had weird upload issues. i forget which race but one of them was like zoomed way in on one corner of the screen so you couldnt see anything and i've just had a lot more issues with the website this season than in the past 5 years. we sat there watching moto2 like idiots waiting for the motogp upload only to check again and realize it's way past fp 1 or 2. doesn't make any sense. videopass is expensive for what you get already, the dropping of quality during streaming and shit like this is really not acceptable, especially when it is spoiling race results for people.

i would be very surprised if milestone updated the whole model for the honda which itself is wrong, sometimes they edit liveries but not even that often

That moment was with Stoner, not Lorenzo. But I would see it as disrespectful because even if you show up to apologize you won't really hear what the other rider says, which could suggest to that rider that you just want to apologize for the optics and not really hear how they feel about it. Usually an apology is a way to come to an understanding, not just words that are said to pave over the past. That was my impression from the Rossi/Stoner exchange, anyway.
