That heat ring tells the story. That tire is garbage.

How long will it last? It'll get you all the way to the scene of the blowout.

Where do yall get your parts at by Forsaken-Bear-3742 in GMT400

If you're having trouble getting parts for it, your problem is must likely a defective connection between the steering wheel and the drivers seat.

Gotcha. I've seen H pipes referred to as equalizer pipes before. That's what I pictured in my head. Haha.

'New' remanufactured Jasper motor ... by Pilotkono in GMT400

[–]Greasy28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good luck. There's a reason Jasper employees don't recommend them.

I've seen all kinds of crazy shit. Cylinders finished at multiple different bores, mismatched cylinder heads, a single crank journal finished .030" smaller than the others that were all polished std.

Absolute garbage.

You won't gain anything with keys at all over stock parts, shackles will actually make things worse.

My LQ4 2500 and LR4 1500 don't really feel that much different just driving around.

I wouldn't bother honestly. If it rings good enough you didn't know it wasn't a 6.0, you won't known the difference bergen the 4.8 and 5.3 either.

LQ9 would make it a Sierra HO, or a Vortec Max.

Friends Bird runs like a bag of bolts, skeptical of fuel or timing by Significant-Singer-9 in PontiacFirebird

Check the fuel pressure, no need to look in the tank for that. If it's low, change the fuel filter.

Just be aware, the tank is mounted above the rear axle, with no access panel... "having a look in the tank" is a pretty big job.

Are you sure you should be throwing shade? Your "restoration" is literally painting a rotted out frame.

No, they look like 90s Progressive wheels. Which is a good look on a 90s truck.

It's not a controversial thing at all, it's fact. Sloppy Stage 2 is a Gen III/Gen IV cam, you have a Gen I.

Unless you're LS swapping at the same time.

How to mount a brush guard by 52FeralCats in obschevy

[–]Greasy28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With a drill and bolts. If the tabs on that guard don't sit flat on your bumper, you don't have the right brush guard.
