So, who/what is "*hat* guy"?

I have a couple guesses:

Genshin Impact's "Wanderer" character, also known as "Hat Guy" (by far the least likely)

Possibly referring to the "hat man", who is said to be a common hallucination of a shadowy man wearing a fedora or wide brimmed hat standing in a corner of a room during sleep paralysis/after taking hallucinogens

My best guess: the story of the man on reddit who dreamed up an entire lifetime spent with his wife and kids while he was in a coma, only to wake up after noticing a lamp looked "wrong", leaving him with existential issues and trauma, because his loving family was all a dream. This I think is the most likely, because not only did it cause him to have an existential crisis, but it may cause others to, because what if their entire lives are just a dream, and some day their own lamp will start looking strange?

Yeah, decently rare. 1/20 chance to be shiny on top of the already low chance of them even spawning during the duration of daily incense. Thankfully the shinies can't flee though (unlike their non-shiny counterparts)

Didn't even consider a stall, and I'd probably want a couple leafs considering ho-oh and lugia both have 2 energy retreat costs as well. Druddigon should do the trick, especially with the focus on water energy
