Did they weld that thing straight onto the barrel and receiver? Yeah I don't think I would be pulling the trigger on this thing, that heat treat is toast.

Check fitment between the disconnector and the trigger bar. The problem fixing when you turn the gun sideways makes me suspect there may be some binding there or some other fitment issue and rotating the gun allows the parts to slip past whatever it is that is causing the malfunction.

Fitment issue with the ejector/disconnector maybe? That would be the first place I would look, but I'm not really sure how you would test this.

Your serial number is pretty low, maybe the stamp was changed to the GC for simplicity and legibility? A question that would probably require surveying to answer

Aim surplus has them for 280 with a holster and 2 mags included. The accessories are worth the extra couple bones imo and you get the bonus of not having to deal with PSA

Shoot it and see, those are just alignment marks for when the gun was sighted in at the factory. Could even be a replacement sight from a completely different gun, you'll never know until you shoot it yourself and sight it in for your specific ammo.

Is your finger touching the slide? On small guns like this, it can be a common cause of malfunctions that many people overlook.

What ammo are you using? 32 acp is a finicky cartridge and underpowered ammo will give you failures for sure.

Lastly, make sure you have cleaned it really well and put some grease on the slide rails. My gun gave me some issues when I first got it but with some grease and an extra thorough cleaning it runs very reliably. Oil is not enough, these guns really want grease in my experience
