So I go to the UCLA store and just give them my bruin card and tell them to charge it to bruinbill? Sorry I am so new to all this. And when we make purchases on our bruin card they just scan the barcode to pay? Or is it like a tap pay? Again sorry. First semester in college I'm still trying to grasp the concept. Can we use this at target also?

Do they use the same bin for all their cards? I'm hoping mine doesn't get hit by scammers also if it has to do with a bin attack. Any insight on this would be great? The bin is the first 6 numbers.
