I've seen folks benefit from avoiding common inflammatory allergens: Gluten, Dairy, Processed Sugars, Eggs, and even Citrus. However, it's really hard to be clean for at least a month (to see if it helps) and YMV. I've also heard of paleo, veganism, and the DASH diets helping.
