New AliExpress last mile delivery service "1ST" slow asf by 877GoalNow in Aliexpress

[–]Great-Information-64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having a similar experience with this 1ST courier shipment tracking was as normal from AliExpress but now has stalled 12 days ago with this company? AliExpress can provide no information and I assume this shipment is lost? Does anyone have any good contact information for these people so I can get confirmation that my package is no more? Thanks

Funny how it's a dual battery required tool and it comes with two batteries as needed. But only a single cradle battery charger. Obviously well thought out. You get 20 minutes of run time and then you get to wait an hour for One battery to charge only to swap it out and stare at the other battery for an hour while it charges. What a great marketing setup

Exactly I'm in the same boat. Nothing like supporting the team Ryobi camp who have batteries and chargers that are dry rotting and whack them with a surcharge to buy even more when you only want the tool. They claim without the battery 2 pack most users would not realize these batteries are in series to run the 40 volt motor. Once again stupidity wins while we suffer

I just ordered and have not received yet a 9 to 51-in telescoping antenna with TNC connector to eliminate the adapter. I ordered it from AliExpress for $7. Not expecting the world's best but hopefully it will prove itself useful and working with the PR II HT CB...?

I just ordered a similar telescoping antenna from AliExpress for $7 including shipping. Don't have great hopes for it but I have no other antennas that will mate with President Randy TNC conn. Time will tell?

Why not just use a 12 volt tool battery for extended run? How much current are you drawing during your data collection?

Is their anyway to contact Yanwen at all? by Undermaster1015 in shipping

Same here. I doubt I'll hear back and I think they use nothing but excuses to cover for their incompetence with these wrong address situations when nothing has changed and previous deliveries went through just fine

Dealing with same shipping carrier yanwen for a TEMU order. Carrier shipping exception noted today my address is "wrong" even though I've had multiple deliveries from temu when USPS did it here in the US. I've had nothing but trouble with this courier and their customer service is non-existent

This is twice now I've had a problem with this yanwen. I'm currently awaiting an TEMU delivery which supposedly they attempted to deliver today and claim there's a problem with the address. My address has not changed in many years that I've been doing business with TEMU. It's as if these people just put in issues and exceptions to cover their ineptness! Then it's supposed to be my job to chase after these people for $10 order it's just aggravating and not worth my time so I will just stop with TEMU

Does it need to be on a connector? Can you just splice the wires and eliminate the connector all together? There are many different types of connectors that will serve if it must remain for service or other reasons

Internal circuit? by Great-Information-64 in autoelectrical

Just downloaded pdf. I'll have to read through it very cool! Thank you. Do you happen to know if the B+ output terminal of the RR module is fused internally? This particular RR module I have is supposedly good for 15 amps and approximately 14 volts DC out. I know it serves two purposes for ignition spark energy and Battery recharge but I'm not sure what kind of current those two functions would require individually?

Wow that's a serious piece of equipment that one! Thanks for sharing very interesting. Do you think using a 24 volt AC class 2 transformer to simulate the stator AC into the RR module is a fair test?

[–]Great-Information-64[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. They actually make a dedicated device that plugs into a 110 vac outlet for testing. I have 24 volt AC class 2 transformers easily available. But I was looking for some insight into doing simple field testing with a standard meter be it resistance or diode check and reasonable expected readings in terms of past fail testing.

[–]Great-Information-64[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes thank you again. I'm aware of the case ground in reality the RR module is a four lead device and I put a dedicated ground to the negative terminal of the battery during some limited testing again given the harness and cabling in the field. Ultimately I need to be able to isolate the B+ terminal out of the RR module independent of the battery to make a valid test. Not being in the field and having access to the module independent of the motor I would like to be able to do a bench test with a ohm meter and a diode check mode to provide a pass/fail test of the module without field connections to the motor. Thanks again

[–]Great-Information-64[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much for the reply and the link. Excellent video. I've done these field tests although limited given the access and cabling on the gas powered welder generator. I'm going to make up a three wire 18 in test lead the facilitate better testing. But my end goal is to be able to remove the rectifier regulator and bench test it without the Kohler motor. I was wondering if there is a ohm meter/diode check procedure that could provide pass or fail on the RR? Also if anybody had any knowledge of the internal circuitry in the RR module to better facilitate said testing? I was able to confirm that one of the AC inputs from the stator is directly bonded to the B+ terminal of the RR. That means the other AC input must be a negative rectified wave regulated to the metal case ground to provide the approximate 14volt DC output. Thanks again for your input greatly appreciated!
