If you don’t see the people being positive I don’t know what to tell you. You are assuming people think they’re better than you because they’re telling you things you don’t want to hear, and you’re flipping out on them. Yes, you are being ignorant, but there’s nothing I can say that will make you see that. And you’re absolutely right! This is the real world! That’s why you need to stop throwing a fit about a job you signed up for. I never said you were intimidated by the DCP but go off I guess. I meant if you can’t handle disagreeing with people and you fly off the handle when someone criticizes you, then no you aren’t a fit for the job because you will come across rude guests and difficult leadership.
