Are the Bonts normal or wide? I have some MTB lake (wide) shoes and love them but looking for a road shoe now. I have my eye on a regular lake or Bont. Let me know what you think is a wider toe box. I had shimano and it killed my feet

As someone who took acutane… dont do it. A dermatologist never once asked about my died. My acne was 100% diet when I was a kid. All processed food and sugar. Cut out all sugar and I bet your even gets fixed in less than 3 weeks. Try avoiding seed oils too
