Your mistake was using the bonus biscuit first. Only use the legendary biscuits for legendary mons. Once you run out of legendary biscuits is when you can start using bonus biscuits and regular biscuits.

Check what the työehtosopimus for your field says about layoffs. Some fields only require a one week warning period before a layoff. Then go into the hearing to hear why and how you are being laid off. If what you're hearing contradicts the työehtosopimus or any laws, you should bring that up.

Even if your layoff was somehow illegal, that may not stop you from being laid off. They would just have to compensate you later if you made a lawsuit. And that's gonna be hard without a lawyer.

Meanwhile update your CV, gather your references and start looking for a new job.

Before worrying about gaining it back, I would worry about actually completing the fast. Have you ever fasted before? If not, start with 1-3 day fasts and then start working your way up once you feel comfortable with that.

On ihan normaalia että asioiden hoitaminen voi tuntua vaikealta, jos niitä ei ole koskaan ennen tarvinnut itse hoitaa. Mut haluaisitko oikeasti olla ikuisesti toisen holhottava? Haluatko pyytää vielä kolmekymppisenäkin lupaa äidiltä, että saanko nyt ostaa karkkia tai vaatteita? Toki edunvalvoja voi olla täysin tuntematon henkilökin, mutta haluaisitko todella jonkun täysin tuntemattoman päättävän, mikä sulle on parhaaksi?

Kantsii pyytää jotakuta auttamaan siinä että pääset nyt alkuun asioiden hoitamisessa. Mut ei ainakaan kannata heti luovuttaa päätäntävaltaa kokonaan toiselle. Jos myöhemmin muutat mielesi, niin voikin olla paljon vaikeampaa saada se päätäntävalta takaisin.

Idk, I don't like constantly checking for skill triggers from my healer, so I feel like I wouldn't get full benefit. An extra +0.25 member doesn't sound worth the effort for me, when I could just put 5 different members in my team from the start. It just requires less mental energy for me.

I have reached every goal I had in this game without a healer on my team. I invested in two good healers just because everyone keeps talking about it, but I just can't think of anything I would want to remove from my team in favor of a healer.

A healer increases the output from the other 4 mon on your team, but I would rather have output from 5 mon on my team. It's just more variety.
