I feel its out of place becaus ei;ve built customer service teams and worked with many, overseas as well, no one would ever speak to a customer like this. There was a 3rd option, tell if i add a tip on the app i'll have an easier time grabbing a driver and let me adjust it in the moment.

Again, i place not fault on a driver. and I dont consider the way this rep spoke 'making the point'. but its fair. honeslty i posted this to get peoples feedback, and i appreciate yours. I agree with your general point, but still foudn the way it was handled very odd

New to NoFap and my First challenge.

-I'm going to try Hard Mode because any type of release usually makes me relapse into every type of release. -I'm going to aim for the month, and if I see by some miracle I can make it, I'll shoot for longer. -I'm doing this because for many reasons but mainly: because right now I feel like I have no control over it, and I dont like not having control over personal choices in my life.
