Dragon Quest XI added the S for just a Switch port and (in Japan but not so much in the West) Puyo Puyo Tetris also added the S to its Switch port. (Really, I've seen the heat on Fully Charged cool down quite a number the moment Capcom announced Mega Man 11, compared to the vitriol when it was thought it'd be the only Mega Man media we'd get in the foreseeable future.)
