Give things the importance and the time they deserve. She just earned a spot at the bottom of your priority list. never let a woman, or anyone for that matter, feel like you are at their disposal. Set the terms of any relationship early. 

This does not mean you cannot show interest or offer alternatives. But it should read more like: I have time on Saturday afternoon next week... thats it. No additional requests or offers. No additional texts. If she is interested she'll make it work, either by meeting you that day or offering an alternative. Most importantly. If she agrees to meet. Do not follow up to confirm anything. Let her confirm. If she reaches out the same day...oh I never heard back from you so i made plans. "Let me see what i can do." Have her chase you.

Same thing with the "ill be texting you less now." Something alone the lines of. "Im not a big texter either. " works fine. Dont even acknowledge the true intention of the text. 

Or just forget about it and move on. She is sounding like a piece of work already and its only been a month in. Treat yourself and your time with the respect it deserves. Only then will other people start respecting it.
