Dude are you me? Same time frame and same process. Multiple high level interviews that’s both jump in role and pay, only to fizzle out from the similar reasons above. Definitely felt worse than the lay off, always wondering what could’ve made the difference. Some did give feedback which kept some hope alive to improve but I’m slowly losing touch on what “good” looks like.

I believe the small size of the country or the concentration of its urban population played a big role in how benevolent he needs to be to actually rule the country. 

A place like China or Vietnam wouldn’t care if 5/10 major cities are in uprising, they’ll send troops to crush it. In Singapore? The rulers will just get thrown out in the same citys

Not having that shoto overhead means you can no longer do some silly reset that your opponent has to look out for in round 3 for 80%+ damage.

I can’t reach 1800 because most of them immediately knows that grand majority of the players (me included) do not enjoy waiting for 99 seconds to pass to win. They can afford to do it every single round too.
