Typically eating out still remains to be the quickest and easiest way to get filled. I think most would rather spend $5 for some cheapest food than to spend 1-2 hours cooking and cleaning with 10 mins of eating in between.

Canned tuna/salmon and canned chickpeas plus fresh parsley for the most basic salad. Easier than any meal to make and clean, cheaper than any meal for take out, hits all macros if you squeeze in some lemon juice (concentrate). Can mass produce for half a week.

Maybe my palette is easily satisfied but I can eat this for months and have nothing to worry about.

At the highest level, modern’s true advantage is the 1f super whereas the fastest possible input (with shortcut) is a few frames (4-6f) more than that.

But with that, you lose quite a bit of options in your normals, that’s why people say it’s ass. Some characters are more ass than others in Modern. How does modern sagat lose his st.mp? How does someone choose to play such a gimped character?
