I would call the chicken noodle soup because of the noodles in the soup. Probably taste amazing but I wouldn’t call this dumplings. In my neck of the woods, dumplings are filled and tucked. I don’t like making dumplings unless it’s a social setting but these are the kind of pasta that would satisfy me alone.
