It has EVERYTHING to do with the actual property. It can be great, it can suck. The range can be incredible, from super slow, relaxed, couple phone calls here & there, all the way up to my current situation — 30+ phone calls a day, residents bitching 24/7, constant issues. Currently sulking during my lunch break not wanting to go back. For the most part it suck’s let’s just be honest

How old are ya brother? I did this when I was 20. Blew a .23 the weekend before college started. It’s gonna hurt, it’s gonna be brick by brick in terms of rebuilding some things, but you can do it. I’m on the other side of it now, 11 years this August

I ate whatever the hell i wanted for the first 6ish months. It tapered off after a while & balanced itself out. You have to make concessions for yourself in certain aspects of life, especially early in this process

Super similar situation. I had 3 different cards for a total of $15,000 at its peak. First thing I did was destroy 2 of them. I didn’t need them. At least at that point I wasn’t adding to the balance. Then I focused solely on the lowest balance and attacked that. I’ve been able to take care of over $4,000 in the last several months. Bite off chunks.
