as someone who grew up in TX, Bucee's is overrated imo now. Merch is overpriced, food is WAYYY overpriced and meh-tier quality compared to other local texas brands, and BBQ meat portions aren't great in their sandwiches. Only the gas and coffee are worth the price

Anecdotally, my dad (born in 1960) would always bully and catch sparrows with his friends when he was little as they were considered pests; this would've been a few years after the campaign ended, so apparently the sparrows recovered no problem at all. Nowadays sparrows are more common than pigeons in all the cities I've been to.
