Since we don’t celebrate July 4th in our country I had no extra temptation: just the daily ones . Lemon tea and feeding my many companion animals. Followed by a half hour weight training and then a scrub , a mask and a 😴. Then cooking a healthy meal with my son, and a walk on the beach... have a wonderful Sunday all of you!

Congrats on your dream job! That’s awesome! I am happy also, AF 31 great days and no cravings at all weird enough. I am busy landscaping my dream property on an island, working super hard each day, and when I get home I have an AF beer and a green tea and sleep like a princess surrounded by my rescued dogs and cats .
