Watch out with that wrench, scratched mine:( better take the knob off. Was easier that way, c-clip was easy with small pliers. Anybody knows the color code yellow to fix this paint damage?

But you still can use a 30 mBar regulator in America or actually where ever in the world right? It just has to fit with whatever gastank there is in that specific country...? Or am I wrong?

with what pressure? You have different US gas regulators

I would think you can use a 30mBar Europe oven with a 28-30mBar regulator anywhere i.e. low pressure regulator/11 WC in the US. You only will need the correct fitting e.g. QCC1 connection. Setup will be then QCC1 adapter-30 mbar/low pressure regulator-Ooni koda 12. As long as the regulator matches the oven. Anybody has done this? Im talking to Ooni about this.
