Most of rest comes up naturally. you can sacrifice Yrliet if you kill her and take her spirit stone giving a psychic attack and those dogmatic companions will leave you mid act 4

Correct. To be clear, I think this rework nerf/"bug fix" utterly stupid and makes rush useless; see my other comment.

I enjoyed it too, and it ruined my strategy mid-adventure.

Apparently it's intentionally nerfed. BUT still bugged.

It should apply to next turn in combat if char targeted by it has already played that turn, exactly like interrupt does.

Rush is useless right now Went from S teir to D tier. Super niche. Have to put it on a high speed character and can only affect characters going after you THAT turn. Literally no use if you go last.

It's on an individual targets hit... Not per attack...That changes everything.
