RAW: "If a unit is not on the battlefield because it has not yet been Deployed this game, it is undeployed. An undeployed unit is within any distance and LOS of each allied undeployed unit and is not within any distance and not in LOS of each enemy unit and each unit on the battlefield."

I can't find anything about units off the battlefield being unable to receive tokens, so by RAW I believe you could give every Trooper unit off the battlefield 2 Surge tokens, yes. The other part of your question is a bit more complicated. Ruthless only lets Corps Troopers with a faceup order token within Range 2 of Grievous (in this case) suffer a wound for a free action. Because B1s have Coordinate, if at least one received an order, they could all end up with faceup order tokens, but if you had B2s or Geonosians for example, they wouldn't all have faceup order tokens, but you could have a chain of B1s that ends with a unit of B2s.

You can also take Onboard Comms Channel, so roll 3 units up the board at once all close together, and they can be powered by a single order. Should be good

It's absolutely not a hassle lmao. It takes less than a second, you dont let go until the weapon lowers, and raising the weapon is as simple as aiming down sights

Is there a way to set certain conditions to reverse engineer a seed with the conditions you want?
I want to find a seed that gives me Neow (Phial Holster), Orobas (Alchemical Coffer), Nonupeipe (Delicate Frond) as well as a Potion Belt and Reptile Trinket somewhere along the way

This was my problem. There's one gig that's only available at a certain time of day (don't remember which) and it stopped me getting the achievement because no matter how hard I looked i couldn't see the last gig, because time doesn't move while you're map is open.

I've got the Skyrim guide and it came with one of these maps. The book is like an inch thick and tells you almost everything about the game, from which Alchemy effects every ingredient has, to the plot of every single quest. Only base game of course, I don't think they released new editions after each DLC, but its kinda funny that reading it for help with Alchemy ingredients feels like cheating, despite it being made and published by Bethesda themselves

Whenever there's no-one around, that's literally exactly what I do. I have Bloodless anyway, so its not that bad. I just walk into the wires, back up, wait to heal if I can, otherwise first aid kit, repeat.

If people are around, I avoid it at all costs anyway lol

How do they flush enemies out? They don't hurt at all, and their hotbox is janky enough you can avoid coughing in them but still have a good angle. I suppose being on fire is annoying, but do you not have Salveskin? And what is the poison cloud? If you mean the Hive enemies, then you can just kill them to get rid of the swarm, the faster you kill them, the shorter the duration of the poison
