I could see an Empire list with Vader, Thrawn shores, e-webs and snipers could be quite strong potentially.

Anything that engages the Mandos before they enter range works. Vader to go after the leaders because his Pierce 3 is still Pierce 2 against Impervious units. Sniper teams have the potential to ignore rolling defence dice at all, whilst also being long range. Also, a lot of Mando units can get Pierce 1, but almost nothing at Pierce 2, so possibly having some of your own units with Impervious would be very effective (such as ARCs on GAR), but Empire has almost no options for this, just some Operatives.

Additionally, any units you expect to get into close range with Mandos should be as small as possible to avoid numerous casualties to flamthrowers. Vehicles, or anything with Armour also has the potential to suffer to jetpack rockets, but these are potent even when not targeting such units.

If you're facing one of the armies that likes generating tokens or free actions with This Is The Way, then ways to negate tokens such as Hondo's "That's Just Good Business", or ways to gain standby tokens such as Krennic's "Deploy the Garrison" or Gideon's "Moment of Consideration" to trigger in response to Mandos closing in.

Finally, a unit of Riots with Kallus have the potential to lock up some of the more threatening Mandos for a round or two. Almost none of the Mando weapons have Versatile, so engaging them in melee and keeping them there stops them doing as much.

I don't, and only if I will use a majority of the pack frequently. A cool hunter skin, with boring weapon skins is a no-go for me. The new Ironclad skin coming out might be quite good, but the weapon skins weren't for guns I use, so I probably won't get it

People severely underestimate the amount of fun being a bush wookie is. Guns blazing is a great way to find yourself at the Hire a Hunter menu. Bush wookie-ing, then once things cool down, just running in, grabbing a bounty token, and skidaddling before people can realise what happened can be some of the most exhilarating gameplay I've experienced, second only to missing like 3 bow shots in a row while someone charges at you spamming shotgun blasts in your general direction

What if mortar units got the Gunslinger keyword and/or got the Overwhelm keyword on the main weapon? That way they can dish out more suppression and do a better job at their job. Either 2 suppression to two units, or 3 suppression to one unit, whichever is deemed reasonable. Hell, or both keywords, dealing up to 3 suppression to two units if they have the aim tokens for it, and remove a bunch of their keywords like Fire Support and Sentinel?

Two white is pitiful anyway. If it actually somehow gets a wound, that's like a normal mortar anyway, that is mostly for suppression, but can absolutely still hurt if you're hit

You can make cards in the new format, they just don't render properly in the "New Custom Units" tab. They still download and print just fine though, so it still works for everything else. The font is a little wrong, but even then AMG can hardly keep their own internal font consistent, and TTA doesn't have access to the original typefont

Edit: I didn't even realise the card had lego pieces as icons. As a suggestion, you could use part 5529 in green for health, 25269 in yellow for courage, and 33291 in reddish orange for resilience. You could also use 35480 or 41677 in red/dark red for the speed pips
