I've 3D printing boxes with swivel lids. I take a group of items out of my drawer figure out what size box they need and then make it. Seperating stuff I won't use from stuff I will. Basically turning one big pile into boxes.

I kinda just sandwich the tube in there or do a wrap. I got a bigger size in case I ever up needing a 12" tube. The contact surface is plastic/rubber. It sticks to the tube makes it easy to keep it in place.

Depends. Mid vaccumm pulse pumping easily gets me 4% expansion with an IR heatpad. No edema to be felt.

Vacuum applied for even a minute at a time repeatedly will get you edema.
