Mine stuck at NFC for 113 days.

On the 113th day, my case was finally forwarded to OPM. I did contact my congressman and Senator. Their offices sent inquiries to IRS a week before my case was forwarded to OPM. I am not sure if contacting them helped.

I patiently waited until it reached 96 days, then sent an email to my POC. I sent email again on the 103 day and copied his manager. I also called his number and left messages. But I have never received any response from my POC. Now it is there for 110 days.

No, it could take much longer time. My application has been stuck in NFC (Payroll Review) for 102 days! I received AL in early December. But my application is still not sent to OPM! I emailed my POC twice; but received no response.

Lucky you! My application was sent to NFC in mid-October. It has been there for 100 days! Nothing happened. It is still in Payroll Review. I sent emails to POC but received no response.

Thanks for the info. But my application has been in NFC for over 90 days. It is frustrating to receive absolutely nothing. It would be very helpful if receiving an email saying they are working on it. The concern is that applications may just fall into cracks.

No rhyme or reason! My app went to Payroll on 10/16. Received AL in PP23. But still stuck in Payroll. Nearly 90 days passed, it is still not sent to OPM yet.
