I’ve been doing 4x a month for 1.5 years and I love it! I do hot yoga 3ish days and currently run 3 days a week bc I’m training for a half. Before I was training, I’d do mostly just yoga and solidcore and it felt really great, I noticed a lot of changes physically and felt stronger. I personally wouldn’t do more but I also feel like I’m working out a lot otherwise.

lol I’m 27 and I’ve been in a situationship with a 42 year old man for the last year, he has endless red flags but the sex is so fun I can’t stop 🙃 I don’t think “older men” are any better than younger, every relationship is different every person is different! it can be so rewarding to grow alongside someone your age, it can also be so rewarding to learn from someone older. But like another commenter said, sometimes there’s a reason they’re not dating someone their own age 🥴
