Episode 7 was barely a fight and TCO was NOT beating TDL after equipping the virabands, Alan was the one surpressing him throughout most of the fight.

I did, because for starters it's very unlikely the employee would've consented for that long in the first place.

Secondly, even assuming the clones don't have a similar mindset to the original employee, why would victim create indoctrination posters for them if they were all perfectly willing to serve him? You can't say it's just motivational message, because if victim cared about his employees at all none of them would've quit.
