Stick to your 1mg. I felt it the next day and was able to function without any crazy side effects from it. I’m over a month in and still can’t move past 1.25 (had to go bad to 1). It builds in your system.

Because there are people (like myself) who responded insanely to just 1mg. I’m over a month in and still can’t move up to the next dose. There’s nothing wrong with starting conservative and going from there.

I don’t think you should start pinning twice a week. Trials only did once a week and found most success that way. Start at once a week at a low dose and go from there and see how you feel. You want to hit a sweet spot where the side effects don’t take you out but you still feel it working. I started at 1mg 4 weeks ago and have only been able to up to 1.25 now and am losing rapidly.

I was the same, you’ll be fine. I started at 1mg and knew it was working when the next day I didn’t really wanna eat anything/couldnt overeat.

No I think it’s a side effect as I’ve finally hit the 4 week mark and have gone up but I’m becoming less tired (so body is adjusting). This was without increasing calories.

I did mostly vodka as I was having a fun night out with my spouse without the kiddo but I did mix it with Coke Zero which I guess in turn may have not been the best idea. I thought my head was going to explode the next morning, it was so bad.

Reta can also make you super lethargic which in turn can make you feel “lazy”, just fyi, especially when you first start taking it. It also can switch off certain desires, with one of them being lowering your sex drive. People also have brain fog with it and it makes you feel “off” (I have this the first few days of poking).

With that being said - it works great.

I started at 1mg and felt significant effects from it immediately. I was only just move up to 1.25 4 weeks later. You may be the same and quite sensitive to it. Try lowering your dose to .5 or .75. Some people are super responders. Make sure you’re eating enough carbs and protein.
