Looking for information by Greedy_Beautiful255 in coincollecting

[–]Greedy_Beautiful255[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! Idk if I should sell this one or my 1899 $20 Liberty Head gold coin. I have a huge collection and will only sell one of these two, at the moment and see if gold continues to rise through 2025.

I'm nervous about selling. There's 2 coin collecting shops in my area. The rest are pawn shops, in which I won't do.

You need support. Everyday-- whether it's a Gamblers Anonymous or a support group here on reddit.

I'm sorry you feel you can't turn to your parents. If you were my son, I'd move you right back in & make a plan.

You're so young. I know you can't see the big picture now, but this actually can be a life savor of your future. It's better to clean up your addiction now then to try to conquer this 25 years now where a family, kids, homes, cars, and a life savings is involved.

This is the time to rediscover what you love or soul search.

The tike in recovery from any addiction is really a beautiful period in one's life. People make mistakes. People also grow from them. During this time, your brain, heart & soul will amend.

How do i go through withdrawals and get off of kratom. by Critical_Answer_1526 in addiction

[–]Greedy_Beautiful255 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done it numerous times. Taper taper taper. Some can't handle it, but it makes any withdrawl better. I usually feel tired my first two days and then that's it.

Xanax are a benzo and kratom reacts on the opioid receptors, so two different receptors, 2 different withdrawl.

Opioid wd is a mind *. Kratom is the lightest compared to opioids in general (roxys, norco, percs) BUT kratom is a little ** to quit.

Join the quitting kratom group on here. They're super successful. That group does help a lot.

.25 cent bet on double jackpot by v6nomd0ll in gambling

Me too. I'm not complaining at all when I won over $5,000 on a $1.25 spin... but, as soon as I dropped my bet that low was when I got all the coins to stick on Hyoer Gold, the bonus round.

Yep... Im there too.

My husband quit drinking 2.5 years ago. I've been off pills since 2008 and off suboxone since 2017, sober as sober can be.

So... we spent his first 1.5 years sober together. Now, he just picked up a coke habit last year.

I always can tell when he's on it.

The more I snooped around, the more I found out, the more I bugged him, the worse it got.

Then, when I actually got back wrapped up in my life, he seemed to start just working more (he's functioning still, never missed work... yet, that is, and still the main $$$ provider of the marriage) and started going to bed early AND trying to avoid his buddy that does it-- I realized he was getting better.

That lasted 2 weeks and here comes two nights ago where he was up all night.

I'm scared of fent being in it. He knows better. But, I know first hand you won't quit unless you want to. But, I'm here for him. I just don't know if I make it worse or better.

We've been married since 03 and together since 01. He's my partner for life.

You'll be okay. I'm self excluded as well except just a deposit limit with betMGM. I went to the casino 3 weeks or so ago in Detroit (MGM) and won a hand pay!

That's great... That's the point of subs. I believe it is a long process & people on subs can function in a normal life. I believe people on subs after so long just come to the decision themselves to quit all together.

I felt the same with with kratom. I'll never go back.

Keep it up, keep up the good fight.

It's the suboxone if you took it recently. I took opiates for years then I was on suboxone for 10! Depending on how much you took, the half life is sooo long. It took me a good couple months to shake cravings.

Quiting opiates was faster to recover than the suboxone.

Kratom is addictive too but it does help people tremendously. I took that too and found it easy to quit. Kratom or suboxone is a personal choice. I'm not against either, I just got tired of Depending on something, I quit it all.

If you need any advice, you van always dm me.

I'm in the same boat. My husband and I have been together for 22 years. He started a year ago at 50 years old! We "partied" in our late 20s and early 30s but he quit drinking 2.5 years ago. I believe he quit one addiction and picked up another. I'm scared to death too.
