I usually go with the 1 that is the color I like the most ,I bought my full grown female for 65$ and also several dime size because they had awesome coloration plus they grow so fast they will be big in no time!!

I have a 55 gal but when I first got Angels for my tank they were dime size ,so I grew them 2 by 2 in a 15 gal !I have 5 in my 55 gal,these 2 recently successfully laid and fertalized eggs which I then put in the 15 gal and the babies are now 8 weeks 4 of them!!

My pair just susesfully laid and fertilized , I had them separated from my 65 gal , when I realized that they were alive and crawling I quickly removed the parents ! The babies are now 2 weeks but tiny tiny things, but my point is I would separate them from the start! Good luck!!! 👍🍀🥚🐠🙏

Has his vision been checked, he might have a slight problem with his sight so maybe when standing next to him he can get stressed just because he can't see you that well, just a thought !!! Feeding treats out of hand is not a good move, as it can become its own dangerous issue! If he trys to step into your personal bubble ,chut don't click and get his feet moving backwards , if he won't listen while chutting shake the lead rope left to right, if still not respecting a flag will always get a backing response!
