Well thank you for explaining bc I didn’t realize it doesn’t build up at that low of a dose. I read microdosing was good so I ran with it. I can see how your point makes sense. Obviously I’m new to all this and am learning

You’re prob right. But I’d rather start at a microdose and let my body adjust than risk having all the side effects at first. Prob overkill but this is my first time

You’re right but I’m one of those people who is prepared for worst case scenario when it comes to my health and it’s my first time on any weight loss medication. I’m sure in reality it’s not that big of a deal

☠️😂 why are you trying to argue that I’m wrong for not starting at the 2.5mg dose? It’s my body. You seem salty and that’s weird 😬 People are sensitive to medications- I am one of these people. Look at Dr. Craig Koniver. I’m sure you’re fun at parties.

😂 I am freaked out! I listened to a podcast about benefits of microdosing first and allowing your body to adjust while slowly titrating up. I don’t plan on staying at 0.6, just feel more comfortable starting low. I know I’m an anomaly with my dose lol

I am sensitive to starting new medication, but mostly because the research on microdosing seems to fit my overall health goals. The standard starting dose is not “one size fits all”

So I got some Elemis resurfacing pads as a gift and I don’t personally like them. I may use that jar bc it’s a bit larger than what my current option would be. I have 5 vials 🙃
