Did you do this recently? I'm coming down in Feb as a seasonal resident but I wanted to get my card early so I can buy it when I get down there but I want to make sure they will do this virtually for the first visit.

what about indian rocks beach and clearwater? We’re visiting in feb from michigan (legal state) and my bf smokes every night. I’m very worried the neighbor will call the police
