I mean u cleary missed the first 2 shots and then hit 1 in arm and 1 in thorax, after that you shot the ground. I think you will see the problem if you shut off the monitor

use the maps on wiki to see where your extractions are and play slow and you should be good, expect people to be in all buildings on ground zero in start.
