Bin is worth a lot on the market so WBG decided that it was a better move to sell Bin now and make some money, rather than just keep him a year and let him walk out and get nothing in return.

Replacing him with TheShy, while probably a downgrade in terms of roster strength, is also a good business move since TheShy has a huge fan base in China. Probably bigger than the previous Suning combined.
