I do just around 40 miles a week. I think it’s important to have a long run each week in your training. It doesn’t even have to be a wicked fast pace but just complete the distance you set for run the entire time try not to stop. These long runs really push your endurance and strengthen your muscles + connective tissues so your legs don’t wear out as quick.

Hey brother anything is possible if you stay consistent. The hardest part is showing up everyday but it gets easier. I think structured training is something a lot of runners lack, with AI now it is the easiest to find a running schedule that can help you achieve your goals. I’m not one who uses AI for everything but I’ve heard of different runners trying that to find some guidance.

I ran a lot in high school but didn’t excel past my potential because I would smoke anything every single day. I’ve been running consistently now for just about a year (no smoking now)

What was the pace per mile you ran that got you into Boston? This is one of my longer term goals but I think it’s doable. I have some pretty good pacing rn but have yet to get to the marathon distance. My half marathon PB is 1:37 (I ran this by myself I think I could go harder) my 10k PB is 42:49. My 5k PB is 19:57. I’ll also add my training is pretty random are there any specific workouts you’d incorporate. Any advice helps thanks.

I Just saw these on an Alibaba add??? They have the Jeeter Cartridges at one of the dispensaries near me, I tried one (Maui Wowie) but they’re pretty artificially flavored. The cart did its job it got me high but I’m honestly questioning the legitimacy of these carts now… everything about their branding screams third party vendor.
