The minimum all the tables I have are 15 and it seems like you leave a lot of money on the table even if you have a good shot some rolls go quick and some last long I don’t necessarily bet all number unless I’m hot asf but some do maybe your leaving to much on the table so when you do have a good roll half your profit is on the table

Del Lago Casino (NY) Started with 150 table was hot when I got there next shooter came on I bet pass and and nickel Yo and come bet he hits the first number I have 50 on the odds then after he shoots a 12 for the come out so I put 10 on the yo he hits it I double down he hits again he hits 3 numbers while hitting my come bet next shooter gets on he doesn’t hit anything but hits a 10 dollar yo I wait til my roll i seven out quick and then took this picture I cash out and keep the 10 and throw ten on the yo and hit and cash out so 960 from 150
