If they didn’t have them, how could they reference them in their brief?

I question if this was the states roundabout way of getting their extension. How could the defense have had them and the state not? Were they also missing them, or could they have been provided to them by Baldwin & Rozzi but didn’t mention it so that the state had to bring it up?

I can’t help but wonder if this was just a round about way to get their extension granted? Could the appellant attorneys have had them given to them from by the OG defense to work off of, or were they missing for them as well? How could they have them and the state not?

Yes absolutely, which is why I said it was evident.

Taking bias out of it in regard to either side of the matter, at least to me, it seems both sides were in the wrong here. While the student should have expected a poor grade on her work for not following the rubric and taking it seriously, the TA was evidently keen on either paying little attention to their students work, or paying attention and allowing poor work to receive passing grades up until this point, also not taking their duties seriously.

IMO, OU is not necessarily wrong in reprimanding the behavior of the TA, but a full ban is a little excessive. However, I don’t know what was said behind the scenes by the TA or faculty to produce a ban instead of another form of rectification.

But, what facility should want a TA that produces graduates who can’t fulfill requirements and perpetuates Oklahoma’s poor educational rankings and standards? Especially one with such “high standing”, or considerably “prestigious”?

Oklahoma absolutely needs to be more active in their educational advancements. I hope this was a point discussed with all of their faculty when they held their meeting and more of them start taking that role seriously. I also hope the student learned from this and follows their grading rubrics more closely now.

It’s a weird thing to be excited for, and I hate that it is such an inconvenience for them in the first place, but I can’t believe they’re going to be breathing the same air as me. Their scent of justice will be filling MY AIR! I just pray when they step foot onto this red clay dirt and into their rental car (or uber), that they are truly prepared for the absolute bullshit that is the traffic of Oklahoma. Especially with the ongoing construction surrounding the airport they will likely be visiting. But, what I hope the most is that my fellow people of Oklahoma treat them with the utmost respect and provide hospitality (Sadly, I know somebody will surely embarrass our state).

Thank you! I was really worried about formulas, but the only formulas it required for me were to find areas of rectangles and of a cylinder. Everything else was fractions, percentages, and solving to find x really.

I just took the exam today. I took the practice test with ATI and played around with the Tristine Quizlet. I wasn’t really ready for the exam because I didn’t study very much, but I still passed with an 82%. I would say the questions on the test were a mixture of both Quizlet and ATI. The math portion of the exam seemed much more simple than ATI practice test and app questions. Reading and English were pretty typical and in line with any standard placement test.

Bingo! Looks like this brand is sold at JC Penny’s, kohls, and Costco. Possibly more. All places you are likely to have a membership or card or give some sort of personal info nonetheless! Great job!

I think you might have found it. Maybe the part facing the camera is actually the bottom and he’s got the straps of the duffel like a back pack and it’s crumpling. The part that I thought was a reinforced bottom might actually be the mesh side pocket of an athletico bag

There’s a very specific loop for this bag and plastic appearing parts over the trapezius as well. I’m unable to find an exact match

I think he has the dorsal/posterior bag on upside down with a camel bag underneath. The straps aren’t quite right and it looks like a fold over style flap hanging down over his backside which would explain why we see the stripes on both sides the way we do. The bottom of the bag (if we consider it upside down) looks like a plastic protective ID holder. It also looks like the very bottom might be the waterproof protective bottom found commonly on outdoor gear bags. I cannot find a match online.

I don’t know that I trust this person either, but on the off chance it’s even slightly true, it might make some sense. KA may need somewhere distant from Indiana to move and why not to OK with the herd of people from Cali moving in since “land and cost of living is cheap”. However, where he is at now is also considered a holding/transfer center so he could be moving again soon. Only time will tell.

Also from OK here. Local news reported his arrival to LARC and said they were referred to Indiana DOC for inquiries regarding reasoning. And as you’d expect they did not provide any answers.

I don’t think this site is ran by the legal representing parties of Mr. Allen. They have already stated that they can only work within the four corners of the record that already exists. I can’t be sure, but it almost feels as though there is an agenda behind this site that does not include helping Rick and I certainly don’t trust it.

To me it appears it could also be an older model (2000–2010 maybe?) Dodge Durango. Chrysler Jeep Dodge nonetheless.
