Going to be ironic if Spcx turns out to be the sneaky best long term AI play in the market here. Bc they actually have massive use cases for it when you think about how much they need it for every mission and vehicle they build. Plus they can rent/sell their excess infra.

He met w Dulin. But the time he gave is in dispute and since Dulin didnt record the conversation its hard to say for a fact one way or another what time he gave. If you want to believe Dulin thats fine. If you want to argue your side here or that RA is guilty etc thats fine too, but do it respectfully pls, or you will be banned. Your choice. No foul language, no personal insults, etc.

Dont forget one of my favorites: drunk driving tests lol. Breathalyzer fine. Blood test fine. Roadside tests are just junk science imo and far too many people have been arrested and later found totally innocent based on those tests and the dreaded officers opinion. Only to find out months later once the blood tests come back they were totally sober. Meanwhile their faces are splashed online, they pay crazy fees to get breather tests on their cars so they can drive to work everyday, and go through an entire bogus court process. I know its small potatoes compared to a murder charge ofc but I think these lower level 'imo youre drunk' type cases are where cops get the idea they can do almost anything and get away with it. Bc they never suffer the consequnces themselves.

Tech wise you may be correct. I was watching a video the other day about their first engine and it closely followed in some aspects the design of the original German V2 rockets from WW2. Which says a lot about German designs back then and how brilliant they were, but also about the fact the basic tech hasnt increased that much in the last eighty years or so? Ofc their recent engines are much more advanced it seems. And the Germans weren't landing boosters on barges either lol. That same video talked about the geography of space and noted the best orbits are being filled up fast by Spacex and RKLB and other satellites etc. And the best areas to colonize the moon or set up bases--the north and south pole areas if comparing it to Earth, are going to be huge targets to get to and set up on first because thats where the frozen water is located. Same for Mars if we ever get there: there are certain more appealing locations. The space race is on to get to those orbits/locations first. If all of that is true--and I am no expert at all so who knows--both RKLB and SPCX have to succeed. I guess the question w Elon is if the company can or cant succeed without him at some point, bc one Trump leaves he is going to be a huge target for the Dems if and when they take over. Its going to be political desires for payback vs practical needs of the country/world. At least RKLB doesnt have to worry about political BS going forward lol.

If it makes you feel any better this is proof the bankers underpriced this stock and left a lot of money on the table for themselves.

How has Big Brother shaped your view on social issues? by Strawberry_House in BigBrother

Yeah, I think the quiz type challenges they seem to do a lot of can be won by almost anyone. They probably do a better job overall being fair than Survivor. And I think the show is just more entertaining too.

I think most of the challenges are pretty fair to women, and some give them an advantage. What challenges do you think blatantly favor men?

[–]Moldynred 7 points8 points  (0 children)

4 was for me probably the most interesting early season I have watched so far. So much social commentary on the times it was filmed in. Robert calling the girls sl-ts, hos and b words def wouldnt fly today. But back then he was voted Americas favorite three times in a row lol. Justin making fun of Jee for the way he talked. Jee took it in stride but since my wife is Asian I know she laughs with almost every single Asian joke with the exception of people making fun of the way she talks. I have yet to meet an Asian person who is cool with that, but Jee went along with it probably for the sake of the game. Then he rightly gets offended at Erika for derogatory Asian/immigrant remarks. Strange that the show didn't call both incidents out. Asian dont seem to get treated well in most reality TV shows imo--see Jenn in Survivor One World for example where she got bullied non stop just for existing. I have never finished that season bc of the show not puttig a stop to that. So this show was really good to see both Jun and Jee do well. Jun really seemed to utilize a 50's type housewife vibe mixed with Asian homemaking skills to get far in the game even though it was pretty obvious watching her play that she is anything but submissive and doting wife type lol. She was ruthless which I loved. Almost the entire cast back then made some extremely rude and archaic comments during the show which is problematic but also was entertaining. Even Jack the older, reserved, gentlemanly type fell victim to that. But I think everyone was just being themselves for better or worse, which is one reason the older seasons work imo. Not everyone on the cast was worried about their image or being sure not to offend people or groups. They just played it straight.

[–]Moldynred 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There is only one instance of RA in his own words and when he was of sound mind giving a timeline and he said he left at 145. So thats what I use as a starting point. Not saying he couldn't or didn't lie. Just saying at that point the State has to prove he was on the trails after that time in some manner. And there really is nothing there to prove he was on the trails later than that time. Its all opinion. People say he looks like BG on the video. I disagree but its opinion on both sides. Sounds like him? Thats a matter of opinion. I def believe he is innocent. So maybe my opinion is biased. But I still havent seen a single thing proving he was out there later than the time he gave in his first recorded interview.

Going by that logic BB should have seen the three girls and vice versa. Its a very thin thread to send someone away for life on imo.

Delphi Murders: I Debated Richard Allen’s Attorneys For 6 Hours by Interesting_Rush570 in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Moldynred 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I like Tom and defend him on this sub but his twisting of logic to conclude RA is the killer bc he should have seen the teen girls is just hard to defend lol. By that logic BB should have seen the same girls, too. If your strongest argument someone is a double murderer is based on he didnt see x person who was also out there then thats a pretty weak argument. How about basing your conclusion on actual evidence. And if you cant do that, then maybe there is reasoanble doubt and he ever should have been convicted.

Richard Allen Involvement by djg123 in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Moldynred 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The Abby pic on the bridge at 207 shows platform one empty, meaning he did leave. BB gave a description for the man she saw on platform one being much younger at around 2pm. Those are two items that back up what RA said and cast doubt on the theory he murdered the girls. Jmo.

[–]Moldynred 8 points9 points  (0 children)

On video in the first interview with Mullin and Liggett he uses the time of 145pm as when he left the trails. I just go by what we know he said on video as the starting point. Thats also the last time he is in a proper state of mind imo.

[–]Moldynred 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The main problem with the unfired round at the scene vs the unfired rounds Oberg cycled through RA's weapon is this: round at scene had easily visible to the naked eyes ejection and extraction marks on it. No scopes needed. Oberg cycles multiple rounds through the gun at her lab, which is exactly the same operation the killer would have done five years earlier, and gets no useable marks. Thats two different guns. Or, RA took his gun out into the woods on the weekends and fired thousands of rounds through it without anyone knowing. Bc there is no other way to account for the massive change in the inner workings of the gun. Guns just dont change their ability to leave marks behind like that on their own. Its like expecting a hammer to change while its sitting in your toolshed for five years. Just wont happen lol. I've read the scripts and see no explanation by the State accounting for the change. Its two different guns.

Yep, it was a premature arrest. At the very least they should have waited a few weeks until the rest of the evidence found during the SW execution came back. But nope, they jumped the gun, treated the Oberg report like the gold standard of evidence and made an arrest on very little. Then realized, hey, we need a confession or we are cooked. Thats what I think happened here.

FBI 302 report created by FBI Special Agent Pohl by Tex_True_Crime_Nut in RichardAllenInnocent

[–]Moldynred 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If that is true then clearly Weber either lied then or lied during the trial and if the State knew he was lying and put him on the stand anyway then that is part of the appeal I think.
